How to Use
FRUIT AND VEGGIES 1. Cut up fruit/ vegetable. 2. Put fruit/ vegetable in steamer basket, and place it in the blender. Lock in place. 3. Fill water tank with water and steam for 5-10 minutes depending on fruit 4. Remove from steam basket and put food in the blender. Blend to desired consistency by adding more water. MEAT 1. Cut up meat. 2. Place directly in the blender. Lock in place. 3. Fill water tank with water and steam for 5-10 minutes depending on fruit 4. Remove from steam basket and put food in the blender. Blend to desired consistency by adding more water. FREEZER SAFE PLASTIC STORAGE: wash with warm water and air dry before using.
