  * Handle with Care: When handling the car seat, lift it properly using the designated handles or straps. Avoid dragging or mishandling to prevent damage to the seat or its components.

For returns or refunds, especially for damaged or incorrect items, you must take an unboxing video opening your parcel as proof. We only replace defective or damaged items with proof and evidence that the item is not in good condition. Return shipping costs are non-refundable, and the buyer initially shoulders these fees.
