Returns & Refunds Policy:
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of purchase if the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt. Please note, sale items, health/hygiene-sensitive items, innerwear, and underwear are non-returnable. For returns or refunds, especially for damaged or incorrect items, you must take an unboxing video opening your parcel as proof. We only replace defective or damaged items with proof and evidence that the item is not in good condition. Return shipping costs are non-refundable, and the buyer initially shoulders these fees.
