We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of purchase if the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt. Please note, sale items, health/hygiene-sensitive items, innerwear, and underwear are non-returnable. For returns or refunds, especially for damaged or incorrect items, you must take an unboxing video opening your parcel as proof.
